Travel Package = STAY + Other Touristic Services

What defines a travel package?

To be considered as a TP the touristic service: Shall be represented 25% of the total price OR shall be presented as a significant added value
Touristic services are defined by the directive as a concert, sporting events, access to a theme park, ski pass, rental of sports equipment (ex: ski equipment), excursion, guided tour, spa treatment…
Are NOT considered as touristic services for TP if “services associated” to the principle travel service are provided by the same partner such as meal and drinks included in the stay, access to on-site facilities including in the hotels (swimming pool, access to the spa, gym…)
